Cancellation Policy 3.1 Client Cancellation Clients may cancel a consultation call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee. 3.2 Love Yours Production Cancellation Love Yours Productions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a consultation call due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to emergencies, technical issues, or unavailability of consultants. In such cases, clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be made. 4. Rescheduling Clients may request to reschedule a consultation call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to consultant availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled call may be allowed at the discretion of Love Yours Productions. 5. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend a scheduled consultation call without prior notice, the consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 6. Confidentiality All information shared during consultation calls is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Love Yours Productions and its consultants adhere to strict privacy and data protection standards. 7. Changes to the Policy Love Yours Productions reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
