Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy and Terms for Live Audio Engineering Services** **1. Service Confirmation:** - Upon agreeing to engage our live audio engineering services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure the booking. **2. Payment Terms:** - The remaining 50% of the total payment is due on or before the date of the live event. - Payments can be made through secure online methods or as otherwise agreed upon. **3. Cancellation and Refunds:** - The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. - In the event of a cancellation by the client, any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refundable, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Please refer to the following schedule: - Cancellation 30 days or more before the event: 75% refund (excluding the deposit). - Cancellation 15-29 days before the event: 50% refund (excluding the deposit). - Cancellation within 14 days of the event: No refund. **4. Event Details:** - It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and comprehensive details about the event, including venue specifications, schedule, and any specific technical requirements, at least 20 days before the event date. **5. Technical Requirements:** - Adequate time must be allocated for setup, sound checks, and equipment testing to ensure optimal performance. - The client is responsible for providing all necessary equipment and technical specifications unless otherwise agreed upon. **6. Additional Expenses:** - Any additional expenses, such as travel, accommodation, and meals, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. These costs will be invoiced separately. **7. Force Majeure:** - In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, accidents, or other emergencies, preventing the audio engineer from fulfilling their duties, both parties will work together to find a suitable solution. This may include rescheduling the event or providing an alternative audio engineer if available. **8. Agreement Acceptance:** - By booking our live audio engineering services, the client acknowledges and agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.
